Default Sourcing Run Capacitor -- Viking Wine Cellar

I have a Viking 15in Wine Cellar (their term) model 30WC-6501.
I'm having difficulty sourcing a replacement run capacitor for this thing:

It's unlikely I can get the exact replacement component for this 15yo appliance. But it is likely a spec-compatible capacitor will work, if I can find it.

    Any suggestions? Recommendations? Links?

The important info there is 10 uF (micro farads) and 230 volts AC. Anything with those specs and that will physically fit should work for you.

And key on the AC. You don't want a polarized capacitor (capacitors in this size are typically electrolytic and they make them in variants where one lead must always be more positive than the other). Make sure it is marked AC and ideally has no + marking on a terminal.
