    Brand: LG
    Age: 1-5 years

    hi Guys
    I have a washer with some crank noise on the direct drive. Doesn't seems to be the bearings because if i turn by hand are ok. The noise is not always, just from time to time seems it skips

    I will try and remember to check this at work as those speakers work....my home computer is silent with no sounds working.

    You might need to contact LG for some specific info as LG model numbers 1/2 the time will not come in most part searches. They vary from USA to Canada.
    From what your video had and your description of a direct drive, the motor rotor and stater should be removed and inspected for any cracks, foreign objects, damage. If they check ok, the spider or tub support behind the wash basket may be cracked/damaged.
