Default No spin in one cycle Whirlpool

    Model- lsr7233bw0
Spins in every cycle but Regular.
According to my meter, the capacitor is weak. Not sure if my meter is working right.
Could a bad capacitor cause this problem?

    Hey Rick,

Spins in every cycle but Regular.
    What happens instead of spinning?

According to my meter, the capacitor is weak. Could a bad capacitor cause this problem?
A bad capacitor *normally* could stop the spin/motor in all cycles....not sure if just in one is possible.

    Expensive little bugger!!

You should have another one kicking around you could try/test with?!

    Started this response, got interrupted.
Does nothing when turned to Spin on the. Regular cycle. No hum or anything.
I did have another cap. It showed about the same reading. The machine it is on worked okay, but not sure it has. Hard Spin listed.
I checked another cap from a modular machine rated at 45. Meter registered 44, so I am a little confused as to whether my meter is malfunctioning.
My first thought was the timer. But, I figured the same contact should complete the circuit regardless which cycle it was in.

    Lid switch.
    Timer contact.
High speed open in the motor.
    Wire issue.
These would be my guesses in order of most to least common.
