    Default Dryer blinking led

I only have a partial model number.
Aeq70, if I read that right. (Frigidaire)

The timer starts out with a number. In a little while there is a blinking rectangle. It is not set on Dewringle or Delicates, etc,. It is set to Normal.
This is one I changed the board on. I did use a board from another dryer. This one would not let me adjust the heat. I noticed what looked like a heat mark on the relay(?) for the heat adjustment, so I changed the board with a board with the same part number.
My question is, is it normal for this to happen on any of these electronic dryers when the clothes are dry or almost dry? It still puts out heat when the rectangle starts .
Note: I need to check and make sure it was not set on Auto I guess.

    "never owned..."
Sorry, didn't even cross my mind.
I did do a search here on Frigidaire dryers but did not find this particular problem.
Just to clarify, it is not exactly a flashing rectangle. It is lid dash that travels in a rectangler pattern.
Thanks Jeff for all the help over the years.

Do you think it is a motion of the clothes going around and around as the drum tumbles?
I have seen a Frigidaire dryer where the display had a round and round like motion when the drum was tumbling.
