Exclamation Fridge repair - what part is needed?

Our fridge wasn't cooling properly and our freezer was too cold. I took off some panels and saw that all of the insides were iced up... I have since removed the ice via a hairdryer in the interim. What part is needed to replace ?

This is an image of the frozen components

It is a westinghouse, no idea of the model

Brad, the other guys might give more precise tips on what toblook for with a model number.
Do not mean to interfere with the other guys, just a tip from experience and what little I know about appliances.
I think they will mention defrost problem. The cause may differ from model to model.
I usually check timer, defrost thermostat, and defrost heating element. Maybe even a drainage blockage.

    That's too bad.

I looked at the picture and that looks more like clear ice rather than white snow so I doubt it is a frost free issue.
Ice can be a sign of the frost free working but the water cannot run away. Ice can be a sign of the frost free working but the drain heater is bad ( is used ). Ice can be a sign of the frost free working but the refrigerator is coming out of defrost too soon. I'd check and flush out the drain as a good place to start. 24 hour defrost and pour some hot water down the drain.

Interesting point about the clear ice. Is that the heater going across the bottom in the picture?
As someone STILL trying ti learn these things, it would be interesting to know how long it had been off when this picture was taken. The ice on the fins from the bottom has me perplexed.
