    Are these identical timers?
They appear to be. The different digits throw me off.

    Glad I asked.
Reminds me of another dryer I have. It seems to work fine, except the start and off marks are about 2 notches off.
I had wondered if someone had put a slightly different timer in it or if it had a faulty cam in it.

    Or a cracked knob.

Nothing to me/you....something to the timer maker or manufacture.

I guess the first 5 show they are different?

I have known people to chsnge timer if they had thr same number of stops. I could never quite understand that.
These two look to have identical stops on the front dial, but I wanted to check before I recommended a swapout.

For me, that hardly makes them the same.

Timer motor speeds can be different, wash lengths be different, one might add a pre wash or such while the other has none, second rinse is automatic on one and manual on the other, etc, etc, etc.
