Realized it was continually draining even when I opened door. No buttons work, can't pause or cancel. Had to use breaker to turn it off. Waited 1/2 hour and it does the same thing. Ran service mode and got i30, i60, and another i60 with a full 6 instead if the b looking 6 if that makes sense. I'm thinking it's the control board. I was able to change the cycle after the service mode but it is still draining.

    Hi,

Make sure the float is not stuck up in the full position....the d/w may think it is full of water all of the time keeping the drain pump on all of the time.
Also make sure nothing has leaked on the bottom, a leak can also trigger a float mode and the drain pump runs all of the time.

Thanks. I had someone in to fix it and it was something to do with the sensor. There was some water I the bottom. He cleaning out what looked like part of the inlet valve or pressure sensor. He said it was a common problem with these and suggested I use a dishwasher cleaner regularly. Not sure it's something I could do but hopefully it won't happen often.
