    Hi,

That would be the first thing to iron out....is it the draining or spinning.
If a washer cannot drain, it cannot spin....so it might be best to check the draining first.
Something caught between the tubs, something caught in the tub to pump hose, something in the drain pump itself, kinked drain hose, bad drain pump.

Front panal comes off for a peek...

K thanks where is the drain pump located and how does one go about and disconnect it and check for clogs etc. and what do u mean by bad drain hose how can one tell if it is bad. Washer works about 80% of time and drains but other times leaves bit of water in bottom.

    Bottom right at the front.

Remove power, undo the hose clamps to pull of the hoses to and from the drain pump and with a flash light have a peek inside the hose ends and drain pump.

    A copy:

Intermittent problems are the worst!....you wish it would just break and stay broken.
