Default PTC wax motor door lock frigidaire washer

Frigidaire washer model ATF6000FS1 is having problems with the final spin. It seems to be the wax motor in the door lock system. Error e47 Service papers say check the door lock PTC which I take it to be the wax motor on the door lock. It needs to measure 1500 ohms and it only measures around 700 ohms. the entire door lock is part # 131763202, but I am having trouble finding the part number for just the Wax Motor. Does anyone have information on this part or even better, the part number?
Just what does PTC and NTC stand for? It refers to them but doesn't say what they stand for. The NTC is on the diagram a couple of times but I could not find anything labeled PTC.
    Thanks in advance.

Frigidaire support doesn't know why it is called PTC circuit, but he says it is the wax motor on the door lock. NTC it the thermistor elsewhere in the circuit. These must be secret codes that even the tech support doesn't know!!
The wax motor apparently doesn't have a part number, you are required to purchase the entire door lock mechanism. Has anyone dealt with this before?

    Hi,

That lock assembly comes complete only from Frigidaire...

To replace the wax motor only the lock must be taken apart....this can often be done without breaking other things but sometimes something like a plastic tab breaks.

Here are a couple of lines from Wikipedia that deal directly with the PTC NTC issue.
PTC thermistors are used in an electrically actuated Wax motor to provide the heat necessary to expand the wax.
NTC thermistors are used as resistance thermometers in low-temperature measurements of the order of 10 K.

    Thanks Rex

    PTC is a motor.
NTC is more like a refrigerator temp sensor.
