    Default Bullet hole in fridge

Would a bullet hole in a fridge door cause a problem? I passed on one for fear of a moisture problem. I could see that the bottom of the fridge needed cleaning. Don't know if this was a result of excess moisture or not. It was the french style with the freezer on the bottom.

    Hi,

    Ummmm....ya it would!

I passed on one for fear of a moisture problem
Have to patch the outer door panel, repair the inner door panel, insulate.
Did it do any damage inside the unit?

I didn't see any , but I didn't really look farther than the hole in the door and the liner.
Man! I can sure come across some strange cases! LOL!

It was not a big hole at all. Some kind of small caliber I think
They guy said the kids put a magnet over it. But yeah, I was concerned about cold air meeting warm air. Probably would not have been a big deal to patch it, but I chose not to fool with it. Got enough weird cases in my shop now.

The bullet may have ricocheted and hit the stove I bought from this guy. May explain the sizzling sound when the oven is turned on.

Oh, I forgot, it "never made a sound" before.
Oh well stuff happens.. over and over and ov.......
